Refund policy

We want you to love your order from Wild Isle, and we take great care in crafting and packing every product. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products—especially food and skincare items—we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
  • You must contact us first to arrange the return—please email us at info@wildisle.co.uk with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
